Tour Guide/Sales Person
You are guiding tours of the dairy every half hour and sell our products to our visitors.
You work 6 days/week - Tuesday to Sundays – from 10-5 and Sundays from 10-2.
You should love animals and cheese. If you speak Japanese or Spanish too it would be perfect.
Help with Cheese Production
You are helping with the production of 30 different cheeses (cutting, stirring, fill cheese molds, curing and waxing cheeses), cleaning and sanitation, packaging cheese, truffles and soaps, delivering cheese to hotels, restaurants, shops and prepare shipments by mail, air and FedEx.
You work 30-40 hours a week. You would start at 8 am.

Help with Dairy Herd and Milking
You are helping with the care of over 100 milking goats, 3 breeding bucks and lots of kids all the time. You would help to keep them well fed, shiny and healthy, do hoof care, take care of smaller injuries, help with the birth and do newborn child care. You learn how to milk goats by hand and by machine. You would work 30-40 hours a week, 5 days a week. You would start at 7:30 am.
Handyman
You would do all repairs and maintenance of our buildings, machines, equipment, fences and irrigation system. You would do smaller projects. You would do mowing and weed cutting.
You would work 20-30 hours a week on three or more days.

Apprenticeship
Want to learn all about raising healthy, happy dairy goats, goat care and herd management, milking, cheese making and curing, selling? If you qualify, we will hire you as a full time dairy specialist after that full year of apprenticeship.
You work 40 hours on 5 days a week. Pay is $8 per hour during learning phase.
